Jessica, Founder of Glow is a Mentor, Life Coach, Entrepreneur, from Detroit Michigan. Jessica is dedicated to Empowering, Encouraging, Edifying, and Enriching the lives of young women. Her love for helping others started at a early age and her passion for helping youth and young women grew. Because of her passion and calling Glow was founded in 2011. Since that time its been her mission to inspire and help in anyway she can!

Ryann Snerling is a wife and a mother of two. She has a passion to work with today's youth while sharing her love for Christ. She is well experienced in early childhood education. She aspires to encourage other women in the areas of fitness, faith & health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and going to the gym.
